Red Devils “a killing machine”: Joe Hart

JOE HART

City custodian Jeo Hart is reeling from Manchester United going 15 points clear at the top of the Premier League table.

Hart and City blew any slender hopes of catching the leaders by losing 2-0 against Everton at Goodison park while United ground out a 1-0 win over bottom floaters Reading.

Hart said: “We’ve been up against a killing machine that keeps churning out results.

“Maybe we’ve drawn more than we would have liked to.

“This has not been a perfect season and it needs to be perfect to win this league.

“It’s not been this last year, that’s for sure. It’s been tough. We’re not in the position we want to be.

“We’re still in the FA Cup but a little further away in the league.

“Unfortunately when we do lose, United stretch that lead and it has been disappointing.”

City face Manchester United at The Old Trafford on 09th April 2012. They may also meet in the FA Cup semi finals, if United beat Chelsea in the return leg at Stamford Bridge on April 1.
